ABOUT

This club is focused on guiding students that are interested in all aspects of engineering for example: Mechanical and Electrical. Students who are interested in researching and learning more about this specific career are encouraged to join. They can enhance their physics and math skills used to create a robot for competition while preparing for a future career path. Teachers and outside mentors meet with students weekly to design, program, build, and test robots. This brings real world experience to our students right in the workshop. CNC operation, CAD programming, 3-D printing, fabrication, and proper tool usage are also taught. This is a hands-on group. All skill levels, freshmen through seniors, are welcome to join.

Since we are a newer club to Lincoln-Way East we are looking for new sponsors to help with funding. We plan to use donations towards new robot kits, competition fees, materials, tools, T-Shirts, possibly scholarships, field trips, website, community outreach, computers, software and more. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor please fill out the information on out "Contact Us" page. More information about our teacher sponsors can be found there.
